I Hope you like this! I'm not sure what you mean by wing care specifically, but ill try my best:

Gentle movements

Mimic the graceful movements of mantis' by practicing yoga or tai chi! For your wings, here are some nice yoga stretches that focus on the back!

Visualization

Take some time to visualize your wings, Maybe go for a walk and look down at your shadow and visualize your silhouette with wings, or simply meditate in a quite place and focus on them. What they look like, the color, the weight, how they fold against you. Visualize moving them, very slowly and intentionally. How to they close and open? What do they feel like at rest vs in motion? etc. Art Draw them! Creating artwork is always a great outlet!

Bug who is Puppy!!!

sometimes it does kinda feel like this though like i'll be quite clearly a buge but then the moment someone acknowledges me as a dog i'm a wolfdog and then i'm right back. or something. idk i am very weird and Do Not Understand myself.

This is the highlight of my life right here.

This has been one of the best experiences with an animal in my life. I got to hold, and pet a wild praying mantis, and he wasn’t scared of me. I thought about maybe keeping him but no. As the Kratt brothers used to say, “Living free, and in the wild.”, and that’s how I want him to be. As a therian with a mantis kintype, this made me so happy, and gave me a chance to connect with another mantis like nothing else could.

I'm often genuinely distressed there's not much I can do to to modify my body in gender pleasing ways. My alterhuman side IS my gender and causes the exact same type of disphoria. And I've been on T for a few years so we took care of the really bad disphoria but now. Wings and claws and fangs. But staying employable. Ugh.

People will say "Therians/otherkin don't think they're physically nonhuman!! That's a mental illness!!" and then in the next sentence they'll say "Being Alterhuman isn't a mental illness!!
